What are some good ways to deal with stress? Is it ok to put everyone before yourself? Stress is something we all deal with at some point in our lives. Some experience it on a daily basis and some of us just deal with at certain times in our lives. Either way it really puts a strain on us as people. There's only so much one person can handle until they just break. I try to be there for everyone and help everyone as much as I possibly can but right now i'm at the point that I feel like i'm forgetting about myself and putting everyone else before me. I'm just not the kind of person to put myself before others but i'm so drained and exhausted I don't even know what to do anymore. I deal with my stress in the wrong ways. I just keep in my mind that things will get better you just have to give it time.
