Crushes?!?!?!?!

When you think about crushes you think about little kids or elementary school and boys having cooties and things like that. But it's so much more different when your in high school and you have a crush on someone because it's a little more serious and you kind of know a lot more about love. Like i can remember having a crush in elementary school and it was so like care free and just not really real. Now though it is completely different. You kind of go through a process when your older and have a crush. First you try to become friends and thats cool and everything. Then you become really close like best friends and thats really great. Then you come to where I am right now. How do you take the next step in this confusing situation. Do you try to make things happen or let them happen on there own? Do you just keep it as being best friends and not trying to turn it in to anything else? These are the complicated questions I am dealing with right now and I have no idea what to do.
